When I'm not writing fiction, I'm a hopeless geek. I'm ok with that. I focus on information security, specializing in regulatory compliance, intrusion prevention, log aggregation, identity management, user access control, and things along those lines. I program most everything in Perl. I'll post some of my useful little utilities and whatnot here for people to use.
